STALKER: THE DUEL is a short movie set in the universe of the well known videogame S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl. The story is from a comic strip by ROMAN SURZHENKO award winner of a contest held by GSC itself, the softwere house of the videogame. The comic is available, and translated, here: [link]

The shooting were taken in the area Ex-Vaccari of Santo Stefano di Magra (SP) with a Sony PD-150. The visual effects were realized using Adobe After Effects and the action essentials pack from Videocopilot.net. The sound effects were taken from hte videogame S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl and STALKER Complete 2009.
